We're using wpdiscuz with several add-ons and we love it. Just spend a few days looking for a plugin to publish all comments in one page instead of latest 5 in a widget. Visitors request! I was trying to achieve this with wpforo and plugin blog cross posts but that is a way to mutch (doing everything twice). Need a simpler solution something between latest comments add-on and latest-posts/topic page.  Just as a suggestion, it would be great to set a page to show the news categories and beneath that the articles plus the latest comments with the link all comments?

I'm sorry but wpDiscuz can not be used on non-single template files (category, tag, author, etc..) it's only designed for single pages (single.php, page.php, custom-post-type.php). Please don't try to include wpDiscuz in category page, it has no chance to work.
