Member Blocking

Hi Guys

I have some feedback and suggestions for improving the member blocking functionality with this plugin.

1. Make it clear that blocking means stopping the user from posting new topics/posts. Neither the docs nor on screen info say what the block means.
2. Enhance the implications of blocking so we can choose what to happen. Blocking is quite extreme and having more subtlety would be helpful. eg Block user from all new posts & topics, Block from new topics only, moderate user for x time.
3. Add the ability to manually apply the above blocking options to individual users.
