You're not answering on my question. first question. have you done this:
please deactivate all plugins (except wpDiscuz) then activate this addon, then activate other plugins.

Yes I deactivated all the plugins. Then activated the add on and got the same message.

this shows at the top its Activate wpDiscuz Emoticons plugin ! and when i press it the message appears on the next screen.

I just sent the email. The email includes the link to my webpress account with the username and password login information.
