Ok, all works fine, you need use it correctly.

We strongly recommend use ACP Shortcodes instead of default Wordpress <!--nextpage--> separator:

We've created an example post with "ACP Test - If you use ACP shortcode" title for this case.

However if you use <!--nextpage-->, you should have <h1> <h2> <h3> or <h4> in your subpages to allow our plugin detect those and use as pagination title. Also you should have images in those, which become button images. Here an example video: http://screencast.com/t/ZRFbtILn

Also please note, if you use [mashshare]  shortcode  it make conflicts with ACP plugin and pagination buttons can not be displayed. We're currently working on ACP to fix this conflict, we'll update your plugin within next 24 hour. However during this 24 hours, you can use ACP without any problem if you don't add Mashashare shord-code.

Thanks for the update, Is it also possible to adjust code to move the image on left to the edge under left arrow, like you have for right arrow? the result in my case would look more centered. currently looks like a tab right.

The right tib is because of your current theme has a :

.entry-content ol, .entry-content ul {
	    margin-left: 40px;
	}

CSS, which affects all ordered and unordered lists in post content. We just add small CSS in ACP and this will be in future versions and this fixed the issue, please check again.

Just updated to 1.0.2 version and all are fixed. Now you can use any shortcode with ACP.
