On a large forum it can be difficult to find the right member when @mentioning as the first few letters often don't return the person you're likely looking for.
It would be great if the dropdown would show a sort order that prioritized: People the user is Buddypress friends with, people they follow on wpForo, recently active users, most active users.
This will mean the first few letters will more often than not return an expected user.
