İs there any chance to add a "Secondary Email Field" to the User / Member profile with the "User Custom Fields" add-on?
İf yes how can update and reflect it on the WordPress Users on my admin page? is there any additional plugin to create a new field "secondary email" for WordPress?

You want a second email which will have all the options as the first one?
If yes, that cannot be done and it's not only about wpForo User Custom fields, it's about WordPress as well.

No. The secondary email field would have no function or control over the primary email field.
All I need is for this secondary field to remain visible in his profile.
For UCF addon part, you can do it with just a text field, but I don't have idea are there any plugins which can do what you wanted in WordPress side.
