Hi there, when I change things in the backend on the Plugin it's not showing on the frontend.
I've cleared cache or both website and browser, tried a different theme and also disabled all Plugins.

Are you sure the fields are added in the Dashboard > Forums > Member Fields > Account Form Tab?
Probably you've just created those filed and haven't added those in the Account pages? Doc can be found here: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/addons/wpforo-user-custom-fields/account-setting-form/
