I have registered a usergroup, but it does not appear on the membership form.
Can also be used as a sub-user group
is checked ON.
How do I display the required user groups on the registration form?

Thanks for the URL, please provide a screenshot of the reg field from Custom Fields addon, need to understand what have you added in the reg tabs field, currently in User group and sub-user group fields.
