I purchased the add on for topic tags and counter is not working.Â
As you can see I have created custom tags and they show up in the widget on the right side but the count is off even thought I have a post with the tags

Make sure that the Topic has been approved and also, navigate to Dashboard > wpForo > Overview and press Delete All Caches Button.
