I asked this in the pre-sales forum on the Addon page but it is being held for moderation and I REALLY need to know this ASAP as I plan on installing this in 2 days!
Does the Private Messages Addon support a "Broadcast mode"? In other words, as an administrator can I send a Private Message to every member, all at once? I don't want regular users to be able to do this but I would like to be able to do it as an admin.
If anyone can answer this I would be most appreciative! Thank you.
I'm really sorry but the wpForo Private Messages add-on doesn't have such a feature yet. This is already in our to-do list. We'll add this as soon as possible.
Thanks Elvina. I'll still purchase the Addon, as well as the Polls Addon for the updates I'm doing on Wednesday. I already have two Addons already and the forum is working well.
WpForo has matured into a great product, you're to be congratulated. All that is missing is PAID support, I'd happily pay on a pre-incident or monthly basis to get issues resolved quickly and I know many other people feel the same. It would also be worth it to avoid "you know who" on the support forum!
But as I haven't experienced any issues recently it hasn't really been an issue.
