Maybe I was not clear enough.
I would like that the registered customers can not send PM each others but every registered customer can send PM to the Moderator.
Is it possible to set these options?

Ok, I see, but I'm sorry wpForo PM doesn't have such options. We're not planning to add this yet. I'll ask our team to take this under consideration.
