Messages not showing from users!

Hi!

I am going a little bit crazy. I have users that have replied to my PMs and:

1. I recieved the Email notification that they replied and in the email I can see their reply message.
2. When clicking on the link to get to the conversation it is not shown in the forum conversation!
3. I tried to log in and out and no change. 
4. I tried clicking "refresh" in the message and no change. The reply is not appearing. 
5. I tried clicking on the "load all message" button but no change.
6. I found that it can be that I must exclude the forum from cache.
So I BOUGHT WP Rocket and used your advice here:

And I have excluded the forum which is called /e2forum/(.*)  and I do not have The delayed javascript checkbox ticked. 

I purged Cache and preloaded pages etc

STILL THE MESSAGE IS NOT APPEARING....

What is happening... sigh. please help.

About the Email, please go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Addons > Private Messages Tab, and check Email Notification field.
Under New “private message” notification email message: field you can see 3 shortcodes insert them in the Text are. Save the settings, then go to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and Press Delete all caches button.
