I have this email again, cannot access the message.. trying to figure it out for a week.
Would you have a look at my site to see what's causing this? I don't think it's the setting this time. and have no idea what it is.

Could you please leave a screenshot of your private message addon settings? You can find those in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Addons > Private Message Tab.
