Users can read the message but cannot reply.
What errors do you think it is?
some people can reply but some cannot. I just received emails from two people that cannot reply.

Hi @gymball88,
Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Addons > Private Messages admin page, check and make sure the value of the options mentioned below are set properly:
- Min number of forum posts user must have
- Maximum number of contacts per day
- Max number of personal messages per user during one day
- Max number of conversation participants

As Astghik already mentioned this is simply the configuration issue.
Some users can't reply to a private message for the following two reasons:
1. the user doesn't have enough posts.
2. the maximum number of contacts per day is outdone
You just need to set the value of those options 0. Everything should work fine.
