Hi @herve,

how to change the date format

  • Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page, enable the "WordPress Date/Time Format" option
  • Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > General admin page, choose the Custom Date Format option and set it as you like

A translation is missing

Hi @astghik

The wordpress date is well activated and works very well with the forum, but not with the poll.

The phrase "Voter(s): " does not exist, and if I add it, what should I write: "Voter(s):" or "Voter(s): %d" ?

Thanks

ok, we'll check and back to you asap.

The phrase "Voter(s): " does not exist, and if I add it, what should I write: "Voter(s):" or "Voter(s): %d" ?

No need to add it manually, just navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, click on the "Rebuild Phrases" button, then search the phrase,

@herve,

We're really sorry, but the date format in the wpForo poll addon is not based on the option I've mentioned.

You can change it in the plugin files. Follow the steps below:

1. Open the /wp-content/plugins/wpforo-polls/includes/class-template.php file

2. Go to the 208 line

3. Change this format 'M d, Y'

Find the format parameters here: https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php

We'll take into consideration to change this logic in near future updates.
