Why the poll closed? How can i open it again?

It's closed because you've set the close date when you were creating it.
You should do some change in the database to open it back. Open the phpMyAdmin database manager of your hosting service (or install phpMyAdmin plugin), find the wp_wpforo_polls table, browse it and find the row of your poll, then change the value of the "timeout" column to 0. Just double-click on the value, and it'll allow you to edit.
