If enter in the 3rd Column 10, what does it do?

Hi,
The value in the first field is assigned to the user who adds the post, while the value in the second field is for post deletion. The value in the third field applies to the topic author.
For example, if User A creates the main topic and User B adds replies, both User A and User B will receive points for the topic and replies.
