I see you, unfortunately the developers who create integration solutions are not partners.We utilize hooks from each other's plugins to facilitate communication between our software. This is a common practice in our field. It's rare for developers to be partners or have direct lines of communication. I apologize, but this is not the case here.
Therefore, the best we can offer is
- Disable other plugins and see if there is a conflicting plugin or a plugin which hooks to the error generator hook.
- Using older version of MyCRED, this might be a new version issue
- We can refund the integration addon.
We continue to offer this add-on for sale as we have not received reports of such issues from other customers yet. However, if we find that MyCRED is problematic for a majority of our customers, we will then consider removing the integration add-on.
