Where is the option for the points below the user to appear?

Please make sure you've installed the myCRED plugin. The myCRED plugin is a free WordPress plugin, wpForo myCRED Integration addon is a paid addon of the wpForo plugin to integrate these plugins.
Once you installed myCRED plugin please enable badges in myCRED settings and create badges. After this, all future earned badges will be displayed under comment avatar.
