The badge is already activated as show here
Why does the "Badges" menu wont show up in the "Tools" Menu
I mean "Points" Menu not "Tools" Menu

By the way, I already drag and drop the "wpforo integration" in the active hooks and check
1. Display earned Badges under comment author avatar
2. Display earned Ranks under comment author avatar
There is "Badges" menu under the "Points" Menu
