However, if I click the image / video, the play button appears.
How can I configure to automatically show the play button?
2. I do not want to moderate each embedded video.
How can I configure so moderation is NOT necessary?

Probably there is some conflict with other plugins or the active theme. Please leave some example URL to allow us to check it.
