I bought crossposting plugin, activated it
However, when I made a new post, it didn't appear on a forum
What might be the issue?
I also can't find a button to synchronize old posts. Where is it?

Firstly, edit the topic and ensure that Cross-Posting is enabled, as demonstrated in the video:
