In my blog post, I have embedded a YT video. In the forum post, it's only displayed as a YT link. Would it be possible to also embed the video here?

wpForo doesn't support youtube link to player conversion. It has an addon for all type of 3rd party content embedding. You can find wpForo Embeds addon here:
