Very interested in this plugin. My question is does a like using an added reaction count as a "Received Like" on the user profile? Or just the standard thumbs up icon is counted?

Hi,
Currently, it counts only the likes/dislikes. However, this can be reached by customizing the wpForo theme files as it's described here: https://wpforo.com/docs/wpforo-v2/forum-themes/theme-customization/.
