This is dire in a workshop forum where everyone attaches works for review using this the advanced attachments plugin and works are all coming due end of month.
Wordpress 5.9:
Advanced Attachments went toes up today and stopped working. The button "attach files" still opens a browse window, but after attaching a file, nothing loads into the post.
When I try to drag and drop a file in, nothing loads into the post.
The "My media" button brings up a spinning ball and nothing else.
My license expired in December, today I got a new license, loaded the new key, and the key accepted but the plugin still has an "updates are disabled" note on the site plugins page. Went to the plugin info page and hit update plugin anyway and got an "update failed, update package not available" response. Enabled auto updates and it says it brought up a note it will update in 10 hours. With everything else failing, don't have a lot of faith in that note and need this up and running before 10 hours from now. Cleared the wordpress forum site cache, that didn't change anything.
I would deactivate the plugin to allow people to upload files without it that need to go up now, but I'm worried files attached using Advanced Attachments might go toes up if I deactivate the plugin and that would be a BIG problem, losing a whole lot of attached files in forum and trying to and needing to immediate go in manually and re-add them all to a LOT of posts.
