[Solved] Unable to add a link to a image

Hello.

I attach an image and i want to edit the link to point to an external link.

I edit, put the link, save but the result is that the link is somehow lost. There is a link on the photo but points to the local photo for a lightbox popup.

Am i missing something?

The attachments cannot be linked, they are separate component, and they are introduced with lightbox feature. There is no way to set them links.

You can upload your image in Media Library, then copy the URL of that image and paste in the topic/post editor. Then select the image and click the link button. This is the only way to turn an image to a link image.
