Hello, I am using wordpress 4.9.1 ,
Purchased Advanced attachment today
But all tabs are in right corner .
Please solve this.

Could you please delete all caches and do Ctrl+F5 on front-end?
Also please leave your forum URL to allow us debug this conflict.

done front end Ctr + f5 , not working

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam > New Registered Users section and set min number of posts 0 to allow us access to file attachment button. We just registered and don't see file attachment button to check the problem.
