Show attach files hyperlink only in Safari but not with Chrome, IE and Firefox
My issue is like the title. Same user, with different browsers.
It is without any issue to use it with safari, but there is no attach files button with the other browsers.
What could cause this issue? How to solve this problem.

I was wrong with the question.
It was like only Admin could see this button even if I have set up permission to standard access to registered user with access to upload and view attached files.
found the reason.
Settings was set to be able to upload files only after several posts was done.
