I see other problems, something blocks wpForo rich editor JS libs, wpForo editor doesn;t work on your website. So this is not the addon issue. It seems you have some incorrect configured security plugin, or the .htaccess file has hard restrictions. Go through all security plugins and configurations, make sure they don't affects on /wp-admin/ JS and PHP files.

I'd recommend disable all security plugins and configuration and try to enable those one by one and check those.
