Please leave your forum URL. This is not the addon issue. This addon is cached by your website JS errors. They are generated by other plugins or the theme. In most cases it comes from content optimizer/minifyer/compresser or caching plugins. Please disable such plugins and check it on front-end.

As you said it might be a cache issue. I cleared the cache. The site is hosted in wpengine which is why it is heavily cached. So I cleared the cache. But still it is not working.
