I have a member who had their images rotated when they're uploaded. Can you tell me why it happens, and what I can do to fix it please?

It comes from image, wpForo addon doesn't have any function to rotate. Users' device may show it correctly but in real it's rotated, when he/she uploads the image the real status is appearing.

Thanks so much Tom. It's weird and I find it hard to explain to the people in the forum as you mentioned because it looks "right" when they have it in their computer.

Not in all devices it's right. In most PC's (windows) shows the real status and Mac's too. When you try to edit such image it'll be displayed with real view. I'd recommend users with such devices to open images in some editor before uploading to forum.
