i want a forum per day Download Limit. Because users can download more data in a day. i saw some other websites there that can give per day download limit like per day 10 downloads 20 downloads.

The first image is your addon attachment feature. I want interesting looks At the file. It looks simple.
2 nd image I upload another website They give good looks at files. Their pdf file shows good looks and actual font colour.
Please do some updates of the attachment file looks.

What you want is a design change, not a feature.
So if you want to make design changes, your free to do that.
