When I try and upload an image using this plugin I get the error in the title. I've attached a screenshot below:

I haven't set a minimum file size and there aren't any other image restrictions in place that should be triggered.

Does anyone have anyone seen this error before? It's not giving me a lot to go on.

Thanks!

Hi @web-editorlcra-org,

Could you please attach that file to this topic? You can set the topic as private if you want.

Thank you @web-editorlcra-org,

This is a server side issue or a conflict with other plugins. It's not possible to debug the problem and fix it without accessing to dashboard. Please send the website admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address.

@tomson Unfortunately that's not possible, and it's definitely looking like a server issue. Is there a chance that this plugin doesn't function on PHP 8.1 since Imagick isn't natively included?

@web-editorlcra-org,

Please change your PHP version to 7.4 or 8.0. The 8.1 is not support even by WordPress. It's too early to use 8.1. Also, please make sure either Imagick or GD extensions are installed. It would be better if both are available.

@tomson Thanks, I'll try that. Having just GD didn't seem to work.
