Hi Tom!
I tried deactivate all plugins. I leaved only wpForo and addon. The problem still exists.
Several minutes ago I have tried addon on clean WP Installation with default theme. The problem still exists.
Any ideas?

What hosting service you use? Please make sure the file system permission is set correctly. This is definitely hosting service issue. All folders in /wp-content/uploads/ should be 755 and all files 644. Addon can't control and read files on your server file system.

Tom, folders permissions setuped as you described. Hosting: tuthost.com. I will provide you an access for WP admin console.

I want to add to this as I just realized I'm having issues with this as well.
My permissions ARE correctly set for this in the folders/files. Yet, I still cannot delete images from my profile. some thumbnails also do not populate with this either.
Please advise.

There is no way to see what's wrong on your server and website, we need admin access do debug. Please send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address.
