So I selected two specific categories as shown:
Why won't the ads show in between the two categories?
I set Category List - Banner displaying frequency to 1.
Also what is Forum Home? If I select only Forum Home and then choose "category list" the ads going to show in every category.

The forum home is the page where all categories are listed.
Why won't the ads show in between the two categories?
If you choose two categories, the content will not appear between those categories, but it will still be displayed on the individual category pages.
