@companyexpert,

I am having the exact same problem. Regardless of the image size I upload to the media file it automatically resizes the picture to 300 X 94. I tried changing the size in the ext editor but that did not work. How do I load the size picture that I loaded to my media file to the site?

You're talking about the thumbnail or when the picture is opened?

@kylew when I upload the picture to the forum it changes the dimensions to 300X94 so the display size on the forum is also 300X94

@companyexpert,

The image should be uploaded in the Ad Editor media Library, not in a forum. You're writing in the Ads Manage Addon topic, so I hope we're talking about the same addon. Advertising Images should be uploaded in the Advertising Editor, and the WordPress media Library provides you an option to choose which size of the image you want to insert in the editor. Please see the screenshots:

What am I missing?

@companyexpert,

after pressing add media, scroll down to find the size field.
