I have purchased a plugin and I want it to be displayed on all pages. I have added %wpdiscuz-bell% to the menu, but when I click on the bell, there are no changes. I checked for errors in the console using F12, but there were none.
I also tried placing this code <?php echo do_shortcode('[wpdiscuz_bell]'); ?> in the header and footer but nothing is displayed.
Please help me with how to display it on all pages and show it on the right side of the screen like a live chat bubble.

One issue is why the notification is pushed up when I click on it leading to the link of that comment, but when I click on the bell to view notifications, it displays "there are no notifications."
Does it mean that notifications will be automatically cleared once they have been viewed?

Please check and let us know if the "Set notifications as [READ] on load" option is enabled or not.
The option is located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > User Notifications admin page.
