Hi @karldumas,

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with other plugins.

Please deactivate plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker one. Then switch to some default theme and check again. 

Please don't forget to press CTRL+F5 each time before checking.
