I cannot disable email and name boxes for guests

Regarding like system i cannot see like and dislike bottons and by the way the list of voter.

Regarding author profile i cannot disapear the option about guest dont need to fill name and email to give responses over the  website

Here I'll need a bit more information. I don't follow you well.

If you'd like to make the name and email fields non-required, please follow these steps:

1. navigate to  Dashboard > Comments > Forms admin page, 
2. edit the "Default form"
3. then edit the "name" and "email" fields by clicking on the right green Pencil icon of each field
4. uncheck the "Field is required" checkboxes
