Since the latest CAI update, clicking on a user's name isn't opening up the CAI box. "Display comment author short information on avatar hover" works fine. However "Display comment author full information on username click" doesn't work anymore.
Beforehand, the full info box would open up. Then if the name was clicked again, you would be directed to the user's profile page. Could you please check this?
