We have a problem, the layout is not a plug and play solution, so we would need to hire a front end developer to make the layout beautiful and acceptable. The layout is different then the examples we had on the website product page. For us, there isn't any solution for that.
Please if you don't have any solution we want the chargeback.

The appearance of BuddyPress depends on the theme you're using. We've used the theme developed especially for the BuddyPress. It's called BuddyX. You can find it here: https://wordpress.org/themes/buddyx/
I may suggest you try the theme I've suggested above.
Sorry but I do not have time anymore. I have bought the complete pack of addons and together the buddypress addon because I needed to test and develop a solution for a client. The project is live already and we are using only the addons, so I do not have time to charge my client for the buddypress addon anymore, it dit not solve my problem and the information of the buddypress theme is not usefull anymore.
