Advanced Likers is working great at our tnocs.com site.
Our visitors like receiving the email notification when a comment is made in a thread that they are participating in.
Many have asked that they also receive notification when their comment is liked. Are there any plans to add such a feature?

You should use the wpdiscuz_add_vote hook and write your custom code based on it: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/codex/actions/wpdiscuz_add_vote/
I may also suggest you check out the wpDiscuz – User Notifications addon. Please note, that it doesn't send an email notification. It adds the notification bell on the website front-end menu that notifies when someone votes on your comment, follows you, rates your post, mentions you, replies to your comment, comments on your post, when your comment is approved, and in other cases.
