Hi,
I have installed the plugin and the print option works fine, however the PDF option doesn't work, I get the error message 'pdf failed to load'
Is there a solution to this?

It seems you have some PHP erros which affects PHP header function. We need admin access to be able check it. try to disable other plugins one by one and test after each deactivation. Also it may be a current active theme problem.
