Updates unavailable?

It seems the addons are still activated with old/expired license keys. I recommend click the Disconnect License buttons of each addon. Then, refresh and find the addons activate notification with the license key fields. Then use the new license keys you've got with the Order #37015 made by you today.

Hi Tom,

They were inactive. I was unable to update them (it is a site with work in progress so I don't check it very often). I noticed they required a renewal, while still being inactive.

I renewed the licenses a couple of hours ago, gave them the new codes, the code were accepted, and they still wont update, despite new code.

I shall however wait a bit before trying to do anything again, since it could be a cache issue as well, there were several system updates done at the same time.

I also recommend deactivate the addons, delete them, then download the latest version of each addon from your Account Page and install them again.

All is well...
