Twice i have sent an email to support to have three addons licenses released so that I can add them to a new domain i migrated to. This should be a function built into the account to begin with so people do not have to wait.
"Hundreds of thousands happy customers" not when emails and messages go completely unanswered!
Still nothing from support on this, I purchased three extensions and cannot even get them to answer here or on email. Shame

Regarding the license key. The [Disconnect License] button is only available on the website where the license has been activated. So, you should disconnect that license before moving to a new website. We've created this button to let you control your license keys. This is under your responsibility. There is no button on the new website to disconnect it.
I assume the old site is not available and you have already moved to the new site. In this case the License Key resetting request may take even a week. So please be patient. I already asked our team to reset all your license keys. That should be ready in a few hours.
