The addon download link cannot be accessible when the license is expired, because the link is always pointed to the latest version of the addon. The license is designed to let you download new versions so if the license is expired you're not allowed to download the latest version and updates. If you want to get the version which was available during your license period just contact us via support[at]gvectors.com email address and we'll send you the installation package of your addon version.
