Hello,

I bought 3 site licenses for my 3 multisites but when I started to activate, it actually asks license for each subsite of the multisite.
I need to explain: each of my 3 multisite is on one unique domain. So, my mutisite structure is only to make the subsite management more comfortable and secure. I made each section as a separated site of a multisite.

What can I do in my case? Can I use 3 licences for my 3 multisites? Is it possible that you open 1 license for 1 domain? That way I can have all my 3 sites (actual multisites) covered?

Thank you!

Hi  @vedavi,

According to our product license agreement, 3 site license doesn't support multisite subsite activation. We are really sorry, but you can't use 3 site license for your all subsites.

However, we can enable an exact amount of activation for you, for certain subsite. Please specify how many subsites are you going to create? As an exception, we can enable activation of the same key maximum 10 times.

Thank you for reply.

Maybe I was not enough clear in my explanation. I'll give an example:

my multisite structure is like mysite.com/section1, mysite.com/section2, mysite.com/section3, etc., not like section1.mysite.com - so, it doesn't look like real subsite. It totally looks like the one entire domain.

Thus, maybe you have any possibility that you open 1 licenses for 1 domain? So, I can activated it once for the whole network of 1 domain?

Thank you!

Hi  vedavi,

You can use one license key for 3 sites (mysite.com/section1, mysite.com/section2, mysite.com/section3), but you need to put activation key on each site.
If you have any problems with activation, please let us know.

Hi Astghik,

Before you said the limit for 1 license is 10 subsites and now it is already 3 subsites.

Changing your word in that manner is not respectable neither reliable.

I thought you represent a serious web development company, was I mistaken?

Hi @vedavi,

You misunderstood me.

You can use one license key for 3 sites (mysite.com/section1, mysite.com/section2, mysite.com/section3), but you need to put activation key on each site.

Here you should pay attention to the structure we talk about subsite structure.

According to our product license agreement, 3 site license doesn't support multisite subsite activation. We are really sorry, but you can't use 3 site license for your all subsites.

However, we can enable an exact amount of activation for you, for certain subsite.

Here I talk about sub-directory structure (not sub-domain structure).

As an exception, we can enable activation of the same key maximum 10 times.

Also please note, that this is a specific situation.  We are doing this as an exception for you, as you bought 3 licenses from gVectors.
