Add ons no longer working

Hello,

I purchased a couple of add ons (in October 2021) but I can no longer use them on our forum (  https://learnenglishthroughfootball.com/community/)

1. wp foro embeds 
2. wp foro polls

We had some issues with our site during the summer (including a name change though the domain remained the same) and many plug-ins and other things were removed to check on the possible causes - we are still finding that we need to update/re-load different things even now so I wonder if this had something to do with it?

I have the licence keys and copies of the purchase but am unable to upload the add-ons as the download have expired. 

Would it be possible to download them again somehow?
