Hello,

I purchased a couple of add ons (in October 2021) but I can no longer use them on our forum ( https://learnenglishthroughfootball.com/community/)

wp foro embeds
wp foro polls

We had some issues with our site during the summer (including a name change though the domain remained the same) and many plug-ins and other things were removed to check on the possible causes - we are still finding that we need to update/re-load different things even now so I wonder if this had something to do with it?

I have the licence keys and copies of the purchase but am unable to upload the add-ons as the download have expired.

Would it be possible to download them again somehow?

Hi,

Please note that many major updates have been released since that time.

If you install those add-ons, you will also need to find and use an old version of the wpForo. With the newer updates, those add-ons are no longer compatible. Additionally, we do not support issues related to old versions of the wpForo or its add-ons.

In this case, we recommend upgrading your license and using the latest versions of the wpForo and the add-ons.

If you want to use the latest version of the wpForo plugin, you’ll need to repurchase the add-on. Otherwise, you should use the older version of wpForo to avoid any conflicts.
