In the settings "Member Profile" tab, the top option is "Profile Page". The options there are default, WPForo, Buddy Press, and Ultimate Member. If I install this PMPro addon will that add an option to use the PMPro profile?

There is not option for the PMPro. There is a hook to change profile URLs to custom URLs:

You should find out how the PMPro creates user profile URLs and use the same logic in the hook script. If you provide some example URLs I could modify the script.
