I want to let the users to expend their point to be able to use 100 more caracthers for example. Is that possible?

Hi davipar,
I'm not sure if I've followed you, but you can manage max and min comment length using wpDiscuz Settings > General > "Comment text length" option. You can set it whatever you want, 100 more or less.
